Best Hotel in Saudi Arabia

A	Adnan Al-Thaqafi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the hotel is nice and new but it has Low level of service. I have suffered from different issues in the hotel that were addressed to the hotel service center but their respond was slow and not efficient. I stood by the receptionist for almost 30 minutes to be serviced to checkin. It was not crowded but the checkin procedures seems to be old process and the employee is not professional. The team was not as profession as the level of this hotel series. I heard them talking about one of the guest to check him out soon soon to get rid of him. I have booked a 3 bedroom apartment which should serve 6 adults but it was equipped with amenities for two only like towels, coffee and tea. They claimed that they shortage of theses amenities. We suffered from bathroom water pressure that was very weak where the shower can not functioning. This issue continued for the three nights and their respond that all guests are suffering from the same issue. They said that we can use the gym to take shower. Bathroom amenities are not replaced till you request as well as towel and beds. Overall, I don’t recommend it to stay at this hotel series as they expanding with decreased quality.

I	Imran Osman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean however it is ruined by bad customer service (rude) poor attitude and not concerned with customers as much as they should be. I was not impressed from check in at the reception. I requested for a double bed and was told it not available at the hotel so I requested for two beds to be combined and prepared prior to my arrival this was confirmed on booking.com by the hotel. However, this was not done. They seemed to be more concerned about my payment. They provide tea bags but no water as you have to purchase it from them. Nice clean hotel but the service or the lack of it lets it down.

l	lahem alnasser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the outset, I would like to thank the manager of the hotel apartments, Mr. Majed Al-Shamry, who is characterized by high morals, good handling and understanding of the needs of the guest, and he is very cooperative, and quick to respond to complaints, respond to them and deal with them. The apartment I stayed in is spacious and spacious, as it includes 3 rooms, 4 bathrooms and a kitchenette, but unfortunately there are not many kitchen utensils and there is no washing machine with dryer, and this is one of the negative aspects of the apartment that I hope to avoid in the future, other than these two things. The apartment is very distinctive, clean and tidy.
