★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيء جدا واستغلال في الأسعار الغرفة ٤٥٠ ريال وفيش التلفزيون عطلان وايضا التلفون خربان ولا يوجد غلاية وماء شاي زي باقي الغرف الفندقية ولا انصح فيه وكل من يمدح اقول له اتق الله ولا تجامل إما انك احد العاملين او تجامل اصحاب المكان ، أما الإستقبال للأمانة نظيف ووجدت البخور في المساء عند المصاعد ولهذا يستحقون نجمة واحدة فقط ،
السعودي الموجود تعامله راقي ومحترم ويقدم الخدمه بكل بشاشة وترحيب اما المصري فيه تكبر وغطرسة وعند المغادرة ولا كلمة مع السلامة او شرفتنا او اي كلمة تترك أثر جميل لدى الساكن بل عدم مبالاه ولا كأنك مغادر وكنت ساكن لديهم ، لا يوجد جوال او صندوق للإقتراحات والملاحظات ليطلع عليها صاحب المنشئة لتحسين الجودة والخدمة.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان نظيف جداً ومرتب ويفتح النفس، فيه ثلاجه وغلاية،، تعامل المصري والسوداني ف الرسبشن قمة الرقي، تعامل باقي العمالقه ممتاز،، البنت اللي مشغلينها ف الكوفي ماعندها لباقة أبدا في التعامل مع العملاء ياليت تكون ارقى من كذا،، عجبني المكان بقوة وان شاء الله تكون لي زيارات قادمة
