★ ★ ★ ★ ★ توكلت على الله بعد ماشفت التعليقات السلبية. لقيت الاكل لذيذ و المحاسب طيب جداً و محترم. ياويلكم من الله يلي تعليقاتكم سلبية. اذا بينكم و بين صاحب المحل مشكلة ترى الرجل لو سكر ماراح يكون لحالة. راح يسكر رزق كل العمالة الطيبين الي معه. طلبت فلافل ساندويش و فطيرة جبن مشكل و شاي. و احلى عشاء لذيذ ?❤️

أولاً: السعر مرتفع، زيادة ريال عن كل محلات الفلافل وأثبت ذلك بنفسي أمام المصري على الكاشير وكان يتحداني انهم اقل سعر واتصلت على محل فلافل قريب وأثبت كلامي.
مثلاً: المعروف إن ساندويش الفلافل العادي جدا ب٣ريال ومع الضريبة وارتفاع الاسعار صار ب٤ريال. عند المحل هذا ب٥ ريال !!!! وعلاوة على ذلك ١ ريال فلافل يعطيك ٤حبات فقط،، المحلات الثانية ٥حبات.
ثانيا: طلبت من باب التذوق قلت ممكن فلافلهم مميزة، ووجدتها لا تختلف أبدا عن المحلات الثانية.. ويحط لك في الساندويش أبو ٥ ريال، ثلاث حبات فلافل فقطططططط !!!! واجلس اتشحذه عشان يزود !!!
واااااضح جدااااا الشح في الكميات، حتى في غلاف الساندويش يعطيك غلاف واحد ?
أتمنى من صاحب المحل تقبل النقد وتصحيح الوضع بمراجعة الأسعار، والاهتمام بالعميل والكمية المرضية للزبون.
والله فرحت انكم فتحتو قريب مننا، لكن بالوضع هذا بنضطر نروح للمحلات الثانية وأتمنى لك التوفيق ??

Second: I asked for tasting, I said it is possible for them to have distinctive falafels, and I found them to be no different at all from the second shops .. In the sandwich you will find a father of 5 riyals, three pieces of falafel, just bouncy !!!! Sit down and take it to supply !!!
The scarcity in quantities is very clear, even in a sandwich wrapper it gives you one wrapper ?
I hope the shop owner accepts criticism and corrects the situation by reviewing prices, paying attention to the customer and the satisfactory quantity for the customer.
By God, I was glad that you opened close to us, but with this situation we are forced to go to the second stores and I wish you success ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (سيء حدا اخر مره اتعامل معهم ) جيت المطعم بعد صلاة الفجر. ولم يفتح وتم الاعتذار لي على انهم يفتحو 6:15 رجعت لهم نفس الوقت وطلبت وكانت الصرافه لا تعمل انتظرت عندهم عشان اطلب بس نص ساعه مع اني لوحدي بالمطعم الساعه الان ٦:٤٥ وتوهم يسوون الطلب

طلبي صحن وسط وسعره ٢٢ مبالغ فيه مررره الفلافل عباره عن حمص فقط الحمص معلبات الطحينه ماء البطاطس مثلج مو معتاد من محلات الفلافل الا طازج البيض باين انه بالسلق متفكك ?
ما أنكر ان خبز الصاج خفيف وهذي حسنه حلوه

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كنت ادور محل فلافل ولقيت هذا وتفاجئت من عدم تقبل صاحب المحل لملاحظات الناس . معقولة كلهم مخططين عليك !!!. نصيحة الزبون اذا كتب ملاحظه معناه راح يرجع لاتخسره واغلب الشكاوي على النظافه وجودة الاكل وهذي بسيطه . بالتوفيق وعطيتك ٤ نجوم حتى ماتقول اني استهدفك .
