للوهلة الاولى خصوصاً اذا ماتعرف البوفية من اول تتوقع ان شغلهم مشي حالك لكن للامانه انا بس جربت مشكل الفلافل شي جميل والسندوتش مليان الخبز المستخدم جميل جداً الصدق الطعم والشغل ذكرني بزمان عموماً لمحبي الفلافل ماراح تندمون ممتازه
الشي الثاني ان فيه زحمه وهذا طبعا شي طبيعي اذا صار الشغل ممتاز لكن العيب الوحيد مافيه الا عامل واحد فقط هو الي يقلي ويضبط ويسوي كل شي وماشاء الله عليه مجتهد ويحاول يخلص الزحمه بسرعه ومتفاني في عمله لا يكل ولا يمل لكن اتمنى من صاحب البوفيه يجيب واحد يساعده والله اني ارحمه من كمية الشغل والزحمه الي ماتوقف وبرضو عشان الشغل يمشي اسرع لاني لاحظت فيه ناس يوم يشوف الزحمه يمشي وخاصه للي عنده دوام
وبشكل عام الفلافل شي فاااخر من الاخر ?
