★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instructors are not at all helpful. Even if they see you doing some exercise wrongly, they wont correct it. If you ask for help they simply point to some machine with minimum instructions. All this happening to promote their 'Personal Trainer' program.
Facility wise its good in this price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favorite branch. Although it's a bit far form where I live, I drive everyday there to do some good workout. The gym is clean and tidy as well as the people. They have a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, stream room and a freezing room. They also offer towels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is without doubt the best gym in Riyadh and possibly the best in saudi! Great staff and very clean. The manager is always on top of things. The expat workers are brilliant and helpful. The swimming life guards Yusuf and Mr Shiree are always helpful

- lots of cardio machines
- lots of weight lifting machines
- big space for group exercise
Cons:
- no parking spots
- VERY BUSY
- poor over all maintenance
- opens late
Over all rating:
By no means it’s a premium gym but it’s alright

Why didn't I give it five stars?
Because it opens at 10am in the morning and other gyms open at 6am.
