★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اولاً بتكلم عن بعض التعليقات واللي يقولون انه بعيد عن الرياض وشوي وتوصل الدمام . الصراحه مبالغه منهم والموقع انا اشوفه من ضمن الرياض خاصة مع توسع المدينه شرق وشمال يعني قبل ٣٠ سنه كان اللي يسكن بحي اليرموك يقولون هذا مصروع وش وداه برا الرياض هي نفس الفكره اصبر ٥ او ٦ سنوات شرط ان تشوف احياء وراه وهو قبلها المقصود انه بالسعر هذا تحلم تلقى حتى بحي الرمال ثانياً التصميم للامانه صغير واستغلال المساحات اشوفه سئ لكن بالنسبه لعائله صغيره اعتبره مناسب فاذا انت ماعندك قدره للفلل اللي فوق المليون فهذي فرصة عمرك لان اذا ماعاد صار مشاريع نفس فكرته مامعك الا تشتري برماح او المزاحمية بنفس المبلغ هذا ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموقع مناسب للمتقاعدين وماعندهم اولاد يدرسون فس جامعات ومدارس. الموقع ينفع للناس الي دواماتهم في شرق الرياض .ستضيع وقتك بالساعات في الدخول والخروج للرياض لو احتجت لاشراء اغراض او لذاهب للعمل .من النظره للبيوت جميله في التصميم مساحه لبناء ملاحق خارجيه وغرفها صغيره لاتصلح للعائله الكبيره

اتقوا الله في المسلمين وبدون تطبيل للمشروع واتمنى اللي اعلنوا له انهم يسكنون فيه ويخلون النرجس والياسمين وحطين وعرقة لنا .. لكن ان شاء الله ان ربي بيكون معنا وبيعينا على شراء بيوت كريمة لأسرنا وأبنائنا ..

السعر للاسف مناسب لومعمرين كامل الارض لاكن كذا اعتبرها غاليه جداً
اي حد ياخذها بيصلح فيها اقل شي 100 الف ريال عشان تكون مناسبه لسكن الاوادم ??

مناسب إللي ساكن في شرق الرياض وعمله وأهله قريب منه. المنطقة راح تعمر قريب.
التصميم لم يراعي احتياجات الأسر السعودية. من ناحية مساحة البناء. التصميم سي جدا. المساحة للأسر الكبيرة غي مناسب. المشروع لا تتوفر فيه مساحات 400 وأكثر.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يا اخوان الحذر مشروعهم الاول من ٢٠١٦ وعدوني شفويا بتسليم ٢٠١٩ نهايته ثم تسليم ب ٢٠٢١ والى الان لم استلم ولا خلص المشروع ولا جت كهرب يعاملونك اول ك ملك ثم يحظرونك ويمنعونك تجي تشوف المشروع وانت حاجز معهم اذا المطور المزيني اهرب له ٣ مشاريع الان ولم يسلم اي واحد منهم
