★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمة سيئه جدا الموظفين ماادري ليه مو طايقين العملاء وكاني جاهم غصب والموقع التحديث ياخذ ايام والرقم طول الوقت مشغول ..اتمنا مكافحة الفساد تعدي عليهم بتشوف اشياء كثير غير مناسبه وحتى بيئة العمل غير مناسبه
Very bad service, the staff, I don’t know why the customers are not satisfied, as if I were forced by them, and the website takes days to update, and the number is busy all the time.

One of the worst banks, the female employees are uncooperative and do not know anything. Every question you say through the website and I did not benefit from it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بصراحة التعامل سي جدا هذي دائرة حكومية من خلف الباب يردو ولا سمعت مني ايش عندي وحارس الامن يقفل الشباك ماهذا التعامل متى نتعلم حسن الاخلاق والتعامل

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تأسس البنك عام 1391هـ وتركّز نشاطه في بداية تأسيسه على التمويل الاجتماعي ثم توسع في أنشطته ليشمل برامج التمويل المهنية لتكون جنبا إلى جنب مع التمويل الاجتماعي، ورغبة من القيادة الرشيدة في تنويع نشاط البنك و تطوير أعماله فقد صدر نظام البنك الجديد بموجب المرسوم الملكي الكريم رقم م/34 و تاريخ 1427/6/1 هـ ملغيا بذلك نظام البنك السابق الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي الكريم رقم م/44 و تاريخ 1391/9/12 هـ .. ليكون البنك أحد الركائز الحكومية الهامة في مجال تقديم برامج التمويل التنموية الميسرة لمواطني هذا البلد المعطاء لتمكينهم من المساهمة بدور فاعل و مؤثر في مسيرة البناء إضافة لدعم المشاريع الصغيرة و الناشئة لما لها من أهمية عالية في بناء اقتصاد المملكة، وقد تبنّى البنك استراتيجيات و خطط لتطوير هذا القطاع و تسهيل و تسريع عملية التمويل من خلال برنامج تمويل المشاريع.
The bank was established in 1391 and focuses on social finance at the beginning of its establishment and then expanded its activities to include professional finance programs to be combined with social finance, and the desire of wise leadership in the diversification of the bank's activity and the development of its business. / 34 and the date of 1/6/1427 AH canceling the previous bank system issued by the Royal Decree No. M / 44 and the date of 9/12/1391 AH .. To be one of the important government pillars in the field of providing soft development financing programs for the citizens of this given country To enable them to contribute effectively to the construction process The bank has adopted strategies and plans to develop this sector and facilitate and accelerate the financing process through the project finance program.
