★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الخدمة جداً سيئة ولا يهتم فيك العميل ولا يهتمون بالإحترازات الوقائية من جد أسوأ فرع موجود في مكة كان عندي مشكلة و قالوا لي المشكلة يحلها شخص و الشخص ماهو موجود طيب انا وش الحل معاي قال روح فرع ثاني !!! بالله هذا رد يكون شي من واحد يخدمك ؟؟
The service is very bad and the customer does not care about you and does not care about preventive precautions From the very worst branch in Makkah I had a problem and they told me the problem is solved by a person and the person does not exist ok, what is the solution with me said the spirit of a second branch !!! By God, this is a response, something from one who serves you ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جميل وتعامل الموظفين لبق وراقي ولكن الفرع مزدحم نظرا لصغره ولا توجد مواقف كافية للسيارات ويوجد فيه جهاز خدمةذاتية لطباعة البطاقة وخدمة الايداع 24/7
Nice and the staff are tactful and elegant, but the branch is crowded due to its smallness and there is not enough parking and there is a self-service device for printing the card and the deposit service is 24/7

اولا جاي بوقت قريب من الصلاه ودخلت وكان هنالك سرعه في الانجاز و لم انتظر .. مباشره تم استقبالي وتم خدمتي بسرعه ما ابالغ تم خدمتي في اقل من 15 دقيقه مع اني جاي بتوكيل
الحمدلله
هذي الخدمه في بنك اخر اخذت 4 ايام
شكرا خاص لهذا الفرع
They deserve 10 out of 10
First I came close to the prayer time and I entered and there was a speedy completion and I did not wait .. Immediately I was received and served quickly, I was not exaggerated. I was served in less than 15 minutes even though I came with a power of attorney
Praise be to Allah

قمت اليوم بزيارة هذا الفرع لتحديث بطاقتي بسبب بعض المشكلات. لكنهم يوجهونني إلى فرع آخر. مثل هذه المهمة البسيطة لماذا يجب أن يحيل الناس إلى فروع أخرى لا أعرفها.
