K	Khalid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فتحت حساب بنكي ومن خلال تجربتي لاول زيارة لهم ... موقع البنك ممتاز في وسط المدينة لانه لا يوجد اي فرع آخر له .. البنك مرتب ونظيف .. لا يوجد جهاز ذاتي لاصدار بطاقات الصراف !؟ لليوم الثاني على التوالي اراجع البنك لاصدار بطاقة صراف ويفيدني الموظف ان ماكينة الطباعة عطلانة وبانتظار فني الصيانة لاصلاحها .. سأذهب بعد يومين وأرى هل تم اصلاح الماكينة السيكورتي للاسف اسلوب تعامله مع المراجعين غير جيد .. مراجع يسأله عن موظف فيرد ما اعرف احد بالبنك ! مراجع آخر بذهب لجهاز ارقام الانتظار فيصرخ به مافي ارقام مافي ارقام !؟ فأصبح المراجعين بدون دور ولا ترتيب !!! كنت معطيهم نجمتين الان بعد يومين اغيرها الى نجمة ... موظف واحد فقط لخدمة العملاء .. قطعت تذكرة الانتظار 10:49 والان كملت ساعة ودوري لم يأتي .. كل هذا لاجل اصدار بطاقة صراف !؟ كأني اتعامل مع بنك قبل 40 سنة الله يعين عملاءه ... والله لا يوفق ويسترن يونيون اللي جبرنا عليه .. D	DNA 1979 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أفضل بنك بالخدمة و المعاملة اهتمامهم للزبون عالي جدا جدا جدا و اخلاق اعلى من الاستقبال الجميعه الى مدير الفرع وانت جالس كل دقيقة يمر موظف عليك يسألك عن اي خدمة يقدمها لك لو ما كان شغله اهتمام غير عادي انا قررت انقل راتبي وجميع تعاملاتي مع هذا البنك المحترم شكرررررا بنك البلاد على انتقائك لموظفيك بعناية شي مبهر The best bank in terms of service and treatment. ص	صالح الخليفه on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تحيا وتموت ورقمك ماوصلك ??? وقمة الفوضئ موظفين يسحبون للمراجعين ارقام خاصه دون الاخرين. والله عيب اللي قاعد يصير كذا ببنك تجاري وهدفه ربحي. لا ورقمك ياصلك ولا يستقبلك الموظف ويخلص واحد جاي توه داخل مع الباب.

They are showing prejudicism and laziness to assist clients, what I did was I still get que number and they call my number and just finish to open account, what type of service that saudi man is offering, asking me to come back tomorrow? So bias and prejudice. We work in a hospital setting and we are not allowed to showing prejudices, Saudis even tell us "sura sur" but still we need to practice patience to our clients hope that they are also the same to us non Saudis.
