★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموقع على وشك ان يكون تاريخ.سيهدم لتوسعه الطريق واكتافه.لكن المفرح انه سيقام خلفه مباشره مبني جديد بمواصفات حديثه افضل من سابقه وممكن يجهز العام القادم ٢٠٢٢.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شقق مفروشة قديمة اتوقع من ٢٥سنة لم يتغير فيها شيء.. تحتاج للتطوير لو بتدرج كل سنة دور.. العمارة قديمة لم يتم تجديدها لكن نظافتها لا بأس مقارنة ببعض الشقق حديثة لكن نظافتها تجدها سيئة.. لا يتوفر فيها مصعد الاثاث بسيط وقديم.. التلفاز صغير جدا وبسيط.. المطبخ خالي من الادوات باستثناء ثلاجة قديمة وفرن.. مناسبة للعزاب او العوائل اللي ميزانيتها محدودة افضل ما فيها سعرها نوعا ما.. سكنت فيها عزاب عوائل سابحث عن مكان افضل..

ملاحظه : لايوجد مطاعم وسوبر ماركت .المواقف قريبه من الشارع العام وشبه ظيقه لاتتسع سوى عدد من السيارات .
وحسب علمي بأنها في محرم الخط العام وسوف يتم أزالتها .
