Haven't tried their service yet, but according to my visit, I will not!
They never pickup the phone. I tried calling the number provided in the contact info from 8 to 11 am, no one picked up.
BMW deserves much more than what is offered here.
What I've seen, good waiting area and free beverages, but, no parking space. If this was an Asian manufacturer service center, I would've rated it 5 stars, but not Bimmer. We deserve more.
