★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service I ever seen.after booking they are not bothering about ur shipment.they will not respond on call as well as whatsapp.its very frustrating for me .I m trying to call them several time but getting no response.i suggest every body don't send cargo through BM cargo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. They promise a lot of things during cargo collection like shipment will go max 2months, we will deliver it in time etc..
It’s almost 9months now and still we are following with them for our cargo. Bad thing they don’t answer our calls we need to make many calls until one call is answered. I do not recommend this cargo service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, they promised to deliver in 15 days but took 1 month, they say door to door service but not delivered to home town also. Called at 2 AM in the night to pick up the luggage 20 km far from my hometown.
People in office at Riyadh also very poor response and careless. Unfortunate to say that, Overall experience was very bad. ?
