The clothes available are not the same as those on your Instagram account ... But we thank you for the employees, so the shop is very respectful.

وحصل لي موقف شخصي اني نسيت مفتاح السياره عند الكاشير بتاريخ ١١ اغسطس ٢٠٢٠ وللأسف ما عرفت إلا لما انتهيت من العشاء بالدور الاول كانت الساعه ١١.٣٠م والمحلات كلها قفلت المهم تواصلنا مع صاحب المحل او ما ينوب عنه
وجزاه الله خيرا جاء في نصف الليل عشان يفتح المحل وده موقف ما يصدر إلا من ولاد الاصول جزاه الله خيراً

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسم غني عن التعريف ورائع لاكن للأسف موظفين الفرع عنصريين وغير متعاونين. او يمكن انا ما قدرت اوصل للشخص الصحيح عندهم.
انسرقت محفظتي بالمحل عندهم وطلبت منهم يرجعو لتسجيل الكاميرات ورفضو الموظفين لسبب ما غير معروف!!
هل هي سياستهم ان تنسرق بمحلهم عادي ولا عدم اهتمام بالعميل.
ما تعاونوا معي نهائيا مع اني عميل دائم عندهم ولا قدرو هالشي توقعت ردت فعل غير كذا لاكن للأسف خذلوني.
اتمنى ان يوصل تقييمي للإدارة وتتحرك للي صار
A wonderful and well-known name, but unfortunately the branch employees are racist and uncooperative. Or maybe I could not reach the right person with them.
My wallet was stolen in their store and I asked them to return to record the cameras and the employees refused for some unknown reason !!
Is it their policy to steal their shop, normal, and not to care about the customer?
They did not cooperate with me at all, even though I am a permanent customer of theirs, and they did not appreciate this. I expected a reaction other than this, but unfortunately they let me down.
I hope to communicate my assessment to the management and move to me
