This type is warm and melts in your mouth.
Very different from the style that is Cheese Konafa ( which to my palate, tastes like Rubber pizza cheese that got confused with its final destination!! ?)
A very generous owner with samples and happy, nice, workers willing to work with my desire for only a small amount at times. The Baklava is exemplary and many other delicacies -excellent! I have returned a number of times and never been disappointed. Yum!!
