محل رائع جدا يبيع بلح الشام أو الطرمبة بطريقة مميزة جدا .. العجينة خفيفة و هشة جدا وماهي شاربه زيت .. و الحشوات مشكلة :
(جبن - قشطة - نوتيلا - لوتس)
لي ملاحظة بسيطة جدا موجهه لصاحب المحل .. على حجم حبات بلح الشام مفروض كما تعودنا في فروعكم في أبها والخميس تكون أصغر شوي من اللي الآن الشباب شغالين عليها ولكم تحياتي وموفقين ان شاء الله

A very wonderful store that sells Sham dates or tarmouba in a very distinctive way .. The dough is light and very fluffy, and what is needed for oil .. And the fillings are a problem:
(Cheese - Cream - Nutella - Lotus)
