★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30 years now and I am a client of Billan. Never had an issue with them. They just may need to coop with changes in the tailor industry.
I took one star just because of the location! Very hard to get in to the store in an area that has high traffic and most of the time the entrance of the cars is closed due to high traffic. Not the best location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a decoy name outcome is disaster 1000 SAR paid for single piece of thob but bad measurements man and bad tailor. Product came unready to wear what a shame and defected back grabbing. Strongly avoid it based in 52 years experience cheaper tailor much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greetings! I have been coming to Ballan Tailor Shop for around 20 years. They have been known to have the best Quality and Authenticity of the Materials. Also, they have been known to have the finest and most professional Tailors in the KSA, as they have been working with our Respective Kings and Princesses. From my humble experience, I have been never noticed any deterioration in their Quality and Professionalism either in their Materials or their Tailors. I have been asked always through the years “ Dude, where have you tailored your Thob? It is Great!” So I wanted to pinpoint that the Thob they make is very durable, reliable, elegant, and luxurious. The best Tailor who works there from my POV is AHMED QUTUB. I have been dealing with ever since. He is the best in my opinion because he always produce for me a Thob that contains the above mentioned qualities and traits. He also has a very detailed opinion on how materials would fit and affect your body and how it can interact with your presence and appearance. He has a very great trait which is the best in my opinion, that he gives you the time to try the Thob and let you consider its downsides without a timeframe and to reach him back for the feedback and to fix anything that is not compatible with your respected choices. Just to conclude Ballan and Ahmed Qutub are GOATS in the Thob Tailoring Business and most importantly, you will be considered as an individual in a Family.
