★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered the happiness box and tried the best seller ( Moony secret) but were not impressed with the flavor. However, we liked the dates’ cake and think should be a signature. Overall, customer service was great and place was lovely.
Location is strategic but no seatings inside.

The first time it was a pleasure as the server made it a delight to buy more and want to visit again however, this time the lady behind the counter had an attitude, one that she didn't want to be there. It's sad that all it takes to lose customers is how your front man or woman greets customers. Although I bought a variety of cookies and goodies but the experience was tarnished because of her poor and may I say dry behavior. Literally she is like "I told you what this is" and there are no labels on some of the products.
I really hope the management train their staff better as that makes a world of a difference especially when you have a great product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down, Biscotti has one of the best Honey Cakes in Jeddah, an explosion of flavors that will last in your mouth and will make you come back for more. It’s not an easy job to make this Russian favorite, but they perfected the old recipe.
I can’t stop talking about it, so please give them a visit and grab a slice of the honey cake ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a cookie addicted you must try this place, they have so many flavors and they are to die to for . Very clean shop, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the prices it’s kinda affordable not that expensive. Highly recommended
