★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is actually a great, pleasant structure that has been around for awhile. Parking can be quite challenging, but that's nothing new here in Jeddah.
I only come here actually for their very nice Margherita restaurant. I used to also drop by for the now defunct Square Meater.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for offices. However parking is not easy to find and they don't always let you in the underground parking. The restaurants at the entrance are amazing and serve shisha all day long.

Good Coffy shop.
Parking is not good. Other than our reserved Parking in Basement.
