أسعار الصيانة ومدتها حسب كلام الفني الذي جاءني على النحو التالي:
١- صيانة الفلاتر الثلاثة (مرتين في السنة) = ١٦٠ * ٢ = ٣٢٠
٢- صيانة السيراميك (مرة في السنة) بسعر ١٥٠
٣- صيانة الكربون (مرة في السنة ونصف ) بسعر ٢٠٠
مجموع التكلفة في ثلاث سنوات = ٩٦٠ + ٤٥٠ + ٤٠٠ = ١٩١٠ ريال
بينما وجدت أفضل منتج لتحلية المياه في أمازون (من اختيارات أمازون) يقدم أدوات صيانة الثلاث سنوات بسعر = ٣١٨ ريال فقط !

حقيقة تعاملهم راقي
ولاكن للأسف سارو يلخبطون من كثر الأجهزة يتصلون ويسوون موعد معي وانا انتظرهم وهم يذهبون لغيري او يقومون بالأتصال بغيري
وهذا الشي ان شاء الله يتعدل
والاختلاف لايفسد للود قضية

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الصراحه هذي الشركة كانت مميزه عندي وانا عميل لهم من ست سنوات وأكثر وكنت اشيد بها وأنصح الأقارب والاصدقاء وكان لي عدة زبناء لهم من طرفي
ولكن تفاجئت اليوم بتصرف غريب منهم قمت بتركيب مطبخ جديد وقمة بفصل الجهاز والأمر يتطلب ترجيعه في مكانه الأول وكل شي موصل له العمل لايستغرغ خمس دقايق وعند التواصل معهم طلبو مني مبلغ ٢٠٠ ريال وهي ماتستاهل ٥٠ ريال فأذا على هذا الوضع انا غير ناصح لكم في هذي الشركه

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بعد ماتم الاشتراك معهم وقمت بإحضار زبائن للشركة وعند نقلي من شقه لشقه اخرى طلبت منهم نقل الجهاز وقامو بالرفض علما بأن العقد يلزمهم بالتركيب مجانآ لأول نقل للجهاز وطلبو مبلغ للنقل والجهاز مرمي الان في الحوش لاانصح احد بالتعامل معهم فهم اسوأ شركة للتحليه وانصحكم بشركة نقي ?
