★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped here by mistake as i was going to Sugar Sprinkles and i found different cupcake they have and i was wandering to the guy there but the guy said yes this is not Sugar Sprinkles but Puffy Cake and he lied to me that Sugar Sprinkles closed. I had no choice to by from it and it was not as good as Sugar Sprinkles and I am so upset as when i left the shop i found Sugar Sprinkles few shop next to it and still open. Owners show tell the arabian worker to not to lie to customers.i will never come back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not that much options and the price is unbelievably high compared to the taste and quality. Sugar sprinkles shop is 10 meters ahead. Best taste with half the price. I got cupcakes for my daughter school event. They told me not to put the cake on the fridge. Keep in room temperature and it should. Even though that didn’t sound right. I repeatedly stated that: are sure guys and they assured that many times by more one staff. In the morning all the cupcakes are round and the cream was melted. Really bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The filipino guy who works there is very rude. He raised his voice as if he is the customer. i wish Puffy cake can train their employees properly as this filipino guy has no manner and no communication skills what so ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puffy Cake is a very popular Cake and Sweet shop with many others around it, but i can say from what i saw this place is most popular. Cakes of all types and small treats for everyones taste! The store is easy to navigate....but beware it is overwhelming and you may find yourself with "eyes bigger than your stomach" meaning you may leave with more than you intended, but you will be able to share! Love this place and i will be back for special occasion cakes and occasional sweet tooth stop!
