★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فرع عزيز مول توجد موظفه اسمها براء رفضت بالبدايه ترجيع الملابس وطلبها مني ان الارجع بالليل فقط وعند رفضي بان سياسة الشركه تقول اي وقت الارجاع وكان معي فستان واكسسيواريز لم يفتح ولا شي قالت ممنوع استرجاع الاكسسوارات افادوني موظفات مول العرب قالو يوم واحد ويكون بنفس حالته قالت لا احنا كل فرع يختلف والمديرة حقتنا غير ورفضت الترجيع هل لشركه بيرشكا لها سياسات مستقله مع كل فرع ومول اوحسب اهواء مدراء الفروع والموظفات ويوجد موظفه اسمها العنود كاشير اثناء حواري مع الموظفه البراء قامت بالتحدث عني وتقولها مره اوووفر قالت البراء ايه مررره اوفر ااين احترام العميل ارجو التواصل والرد معي ضروري

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كنت احب ملبوساتهم لكن مؤخراً للأسف صارت ماتعجبني امس دخلته وطلعت زي مادخلت انصدمت من نوعية المطروح للأسف حسيت نفسي بقضّي ملابس بحر مو ملابس محترمة تنفع للعيد والطلعات والله كلها شغلات مقطعة من كل اتجاه اوفر صار وضع الملابس وش السالفة احنا مو ف امريكا حتى عندهم ماتلاقي في المحل الواحد تكدس هالنوعية من الملابس يعني قطعة واحدة يبغالها قطعتين عشان تسترها شوي بس وضيف عليها الاسعار ياليت لو سمحتوا تحترموا نوعية المجتمع اللي عايشين فيه ع الأقل وتعرضون شي يتقبله الاغلبية وشكراً
I used to love their clothes, but recently, unfortunately, it became what I liked. Yesterday, I entered it and came out as I entered. I was shocked by the quality of what was presented. Unfortunately, I felt myself spending beachwear, not respectable clothes that are useful for Eid and trips. I swear to God, they are all things that are cut from every direction. One store is crammed with this type of clothing, meaning one piece is worn by two pieces in order to cover it for a while, but add prices to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bershka is one of my favorite clothing brands and I make sure I visit it in every mall/country I visit. The branches here in jeddah however are quite dead with no music playing and staff appearing like they absolutely hate their job. It would be great if you guys played your Bershka playlists (Knowing you guys have one shows how much I visit your bershka stores worldwide a lot lol ! ) in all your saudi branches to create a more lively enthusiastic shopping vibe !!!
