من المتاجر اللي احبها دوم عندهم ملابس متنوعه وتجذب اغلب اذوق البنات احسه يركز على فئة العمريه من ١٥ حتى ٢٢سنه

بيرشكا من المتاجر الي انا احبها ودايما اشتري منها واشكر شكر خاص لطاقمين العمل كانو معي ممتازين جدا خدمة عملاء راقيه جدا?

اظن اني نسيت بطاقتي البنك عندكم ممكن احد يتواصل معاي اذا لقيتوها

Well based on your staff treatment today, I think that this complain will not be taken seriously, but I’m writing to you in hope that my words will reach someone who cares. Tonight I had my worst ever customer experience at one of your retailers. My wife & I went in to Bershka store in Alothaim Mall, Riyadh looking for a shoe at 10:40 pm. At 10:50 pm my wife were at the cashier and she was told to leave in a very rude way. When I approach the cashier asking why? I was told (again in a very rude way) that the cashier was closed 5 minutes ago. I wondered how can you close the cashier while there are customers inside the store and your stated closing time is 10 minutes away? But I got the same response again, but this time with sarcasm, whispers, and laughter from the all 3 staff members working at the moment (except the cashier to be honest she was feeling a little guilty as I think). I told them that I was going to complain, and I ask to talk to the store manager, and I have been told that she is not here. I asked for names and the cashier name is Aseel Alotaibi ( the most polite one ) & store manager is Nouf Algamdi as I have been told while your staff laughs and whispers were targeting my accent as I think in my way out. In particular one of them whom I wasn’t talking to and while I was talking with Aseel that lady said “ ناس فاضية " out loud to piss me off. ( not Aseel but the other one ). I was a very loyal customer to Alhohair Group, but after what I saw tonight I feel sorry that this company accept such a behavior at one of their stores. If I have been told ahead of time in a polite way that the cashier will be closed at the mentioned time I will understand as I work in such a business myself. Anyway I hope these words find someone who knows the basics of customer service or at least someone who has manners to refuse such a behavior.
