★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place to buy anything online. They don't have any customer service. I have sent them so many messages on whatsapp, called on their whatsapp number so many times. Sent them so many emails, but no response.
Their services are very slow, I ordered on 28th April and its 30th April and they couldn't process my order.
Don't use them for Online shopping!!!
Update: I still decided to order from them as that perfume was available with them only and this time they sent me used perfumes. The customer service doesn’t answer. On line buying customers be careful!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going to Beauti was a smooth visit. The sales ladies were excellent -at least the two who helped me.
There are many brands that you don't find anywhere in Jeddah especially, Kerastase. The shampoo I wanted was only available online, but the managed to help me make the order and pick it up within few minutes.
The only negative thing is the steps that lead to the store, it is VERY HIGH and difficult to climb, plus there was no rail to hold on to it while climbing the stairs.

Great selection of niche perfumes but the customer service can be enhanced a lot! No one was interested to serve or sell ??
Prices are really good and good promotions for the perfumes and makeup. There is a nice cafe with vegan and keto food
