بإمكانك استأجر شقة فيه عن طريق مواقع التأجير مثل Booking
الموقع قريب من الشاطئ
يوجد مواقف داخلية للمستأجر
يوجد اطلالتين على البحر وعلى الشارع
استأجرت شقة ثلاث غرف بالاضافة لغرفة صغيرة مع حمام ( تستخدم للخادمه )
الشقة واسعة وكانت نظيفة بشكل ظاهري
فيها انترنت وتلفزيون سمارت
الشقة مفروشة وفيها ادوات المطبخ
ملاحظات لتطوير،
الموظف المسؤول يحتاج يكون اكثر نشاط
بعض الاثاث يحتاج صيانة، لمبات احدى الغرف كانت محروقة
التركيز على التنظيف تحت الاثاث ( مثل كنب الصالة)
مع وجود اليوتيوب و نتفلكس ،توفير القنوات الفضائية سيكون ممتاز.
كخطة مستقبلية، حاول تطويرها لتصبح كالشقق الفندقية بتوفير خدمة التنظيف ووضع المناشف والصابون والشامبو.
توفير الدفع بالبطاقة، او توفير ايصالات استلام المبلغ في حال الدفع كاش.
في العموم الشقة كسعر وموقع كانت ممتازة جدًا

You can rent an apartment in it through rental sites such as Booking
The location is close to the beach
There is indoor parking for the tenant
There are two views of the sea and the street
I rented a three-room apartment in addition to a small room with a bathroom (used for the maid)
The apartment is spacious and was apparently clean
It has internet and smart tv
The apartment is furnished and has kitchen utensils
notes for development,
The responsible employee needs to be more active
Some of the furniture needs maintenance, the lights in one of the rooms were burned out
Focus on cleaning under furniture (such as lounge sofas)
With the presence of YouTube and Netflix, providing satellite channels would be excellent.
As a future plan, try to develop it to become like hotel apartments by providing cleaning service and putting towels, soap and shampoo.
Providing payment by card, or providing receipts for receiving the amount in the event of a cash payment.
In general, the apartment for the price and location was very excellent
