★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سد وادي بيش هو أحد السدود الواقعة في منطقة جازان جنوب غرب السعودية، شيد في عام 1430هـ ، ويقع تحديداً على وادي بيش أحد أودية تهامة. ويعد سد وادي بيش ثالث أكبر مخزون مائي استراتيجي في المملكة، ويمكنه إمداد مدن وقرى منطقة جازان الساحلية باحتياجها اليومي من المياه لأكثر من ثلاث سنوات بني على السد محطة لتنقية المياه بطاقة 150 ألف متر مكعب يومياً، وسترتفع عند اكتمال توسعة المشروع إلى 220 ألف متر مكعب في اليوم ، حيث انه يبعد عن محافظة بيش 40 كيلو في الشمال الشرقي ويعتبر مخزون المياه في السد من أكثر مخزون مياه عذبة في شبه الجزيرة العربية.
Wadi Bish Dam is one of the dams located in the Jizan region in southwestern Saudi Arabia, built in 1430 AH, and it is located specifically on Wadi Bish, one of the Tihama valleys. The Wadi Bish dam is the third largest strategic water reserve in the Kingdom, and it can supply the cities and villages of the coastal Jazan region with their daily need of water for more than three years. A water purification plant has been built on the dam with a capacity of 150 thousand cubic meters per day, and it will rise upon completion of the project expansion to 220 thousand cubic meters. In the day, as it is 40 km from the province of Bish in the northeast, and the water storage in the dam is considered one of the most freshwater reserves in the Arabian Peninsula.
