★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sent me from one building to the other all just to get me registered, when they finally got me to the right office. I was told that I would be put on the waiting list because I was late (since they'd wasted two weeks to get me to the right place where I could make my application) this occurred in two consecutive years Summer 2012, and Summer 2013. I'm appalled by the low standards of their management and cooperation.
