★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there is less than one star I would give it mines 5 stars...the costumer service couldn't be worse. The sales lady was super rude, she yelled at me and when I left the store she shouted as "اتوكلي" this is was my first time visiting Carmel Bath and Body at AlAlya Mall, and I will never even think about it again. I have never faced as rude and careless customer service before. There are so many good cosmetic stores around, and they are all have so nice sales ladies, and great customer service. Thankfully we have so many other options.

I was gonna buy a bunch of stuff for my family for eid but the behavior of these uneducated workers are unreal. I don't like there service. Extremely rude and uneducated
