★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المحل كأنه مغلق والموظف اللي داخل رفض يذوقني من احد انواع الايسكريم ويوم طلبت نوع معين قالي انه ما يعرف مكانه وطلب مني اروح فرع ثاني واسلوبة معي كأني دخلت مكان خاص له في وقت غير مناسب ????????

ومنتجات الايسكريم لذيذة...
لكن الاسعار مرتفعة جداااا...
والبسكوت لذيذ ولكنه محدود ولا يمكن اعطاء الزبون بسكوت اضافي...
العاملون في الفروع متفاوتين من حيث تقديم الخدمة...بعضهم في قمة الذوق والمساعدة مثل عمال فرع السامر بجدة وعمال فرع طريق الكعكية بمكة المكرمة وبعضهم لايقدم الخدمة بشكل جيد وغير متعاون مثل عمال فرع الشرائع مخطط ٧
حسب التجربة...ارجو التنبيه وتدريبهم على طرق كسب الزبائن...
ايضا...العروض الاسبوعية قليلة وربما تكون نادرة...
باسكن روبنز...له فروع كثيرة وزبائن ورواد للمكان كثيرون...
وللاسف العروض قليلة...
وربما لو وجدت شركة اخرى لربما اتجه اليها المستهلك...
ارجو الاهتمام بهذه الملاحظات مع شكري وتقديري...
