I was here to take an ice cream cheesecake. Felt like it wasn't fresh enough.
The store own should improve the interior design as well as the processes need to be improved and followed perfectly since it's a franchise.
There are better Baskin Robbins stores in the same area.

โ โ โ โ โ DISGUSTED... I just brought a salted caramel ice-cream and it had a metal STAPLE in it! That could have got stuck in my throat and KILLED me had I of not seen it. VERY POOR. Returned and refunded. No apology given. Excuses made that it was when the bag was stapled closed. However, the ice creams were covered by a plastic lid before the bag was even stapled! Please refer to photo.

โ โ โ โ โ I'm giving 1star because there's a staff there that's not accommodating and treats his customers worst. He doesn't know how to interact and be friendly with them. I'm a regular customer and we always buy here since our accommodation is just behind the store. So far the staffing before were really good but now? With the experiences we had, makes us not to buy here on this specific branch. There's this new indian (not sure) staff here that's always grumpy and giving us half spoon instead of a full spoon as ordered. And the attitude? Zero. No manners at all. Physically present but mentally absent. Seems like he hates his work and the customers as a whole. You ask for something, he gives you something else. Pls if you're one of the admin, check your staffs. The products were great but the people working there matters too. Customers may no longer buy your products even though how great they are just because you have rude people working under your company. We're really disappointed. This didn't happens once, but plenty of times and not just to me but to all of us living around the area even those who drives km away just to buy here. I tried to ignore it but this lazy worker of yours makes me cringe. No respect for his customers. ?? Btw, kuddos to the last staff here, they were really good that's why we often buy here but now since it was change, maybe we'll transfer to another ice cream companies if you won't resolve this issue.

โ โ โ โ โ I would've gave this reviews a 1 star if the ice cream wasn't so good. Basically the employee basically kicked us out twenty minutes minutes before it closed. He also didn't allow us to order anything but ice creams in cups when we all wanted milkshakes. Also the guy worked without any gloves on and his hand was rubbing with the ice cream inside the buckets. Ander he kicked us out the store stayed open till 12 am. I do recommend the peanut butter flavor and the mint chocolate chip.
