★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent taste of ice cream with lots of nuts, some fruits and some cream. But Carmel sauce was very sweet and didn't go well with the ice cream. They have some space for sitting as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baskin Robbins is an international chain of ice cream shops even this one is run by their franchisee, they have well accepted flavours and also the staff is generous in keeping the customers happy, a bit costlier than other Saudi brand of ice creams but this has it's loyal customers always coming back for more and more specifically in hot season in Medina city

IF next time it will happen will not purchase icecream anymore ..... please be polite with customers . You are expressing world popular brand . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff..there’s this employee (indian or Bangladesh I don’t know he said his name is belal) the employee was so rude and he wants to take my debit card to insert it in the machine instead of me doing that..he tried to steel my bank card information. And when I told him that..he tried to fight me..I should’ve called the police..And I will next time
