The ice cream was good. And my cravings last night was satisfied. But the service were not.
Maybe the owner should orient their staff regarding good and quality customer service. The crew doesn't greet us with Welcome to Baskin Robbins Sir or even wear a smile while taking our orders. This is our fourth time to go and dined inside the store FYI, and we still get the same feeling - the feeling of your crew rushing us to make a fast orders! As if there are plenty of people inside. Sir or someone in BB who might read this, It is not always the food or the ambience the reason why we are keep on coming back, most of the time it's the experiences. Hope to see some improvements next time.

The two staff are now wearing smile on their faces while serving our ice creams! What a very good improvement! ?
