★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited with my siblings on the 11th of November 2017.
As is expected of Baskin Robbins, the taste of the ice cream I ordered was good. The service was quick.
However, the lady running the store understood little English, and considering that this is a place frequented by non Arabic speakers, it would be better if staff stationed here is able to speak intermediate level English.
A second concern was that the lady refused to entertain Entertainer voucher which offers a buy one get one promo, despite the fact that The Entertainer clearly mentions this as one of the available outlets for the promotion. It is advised that the management train the staff to enable use of such promotions.
