Difficult to get contact with the company ( only one line either busy or no answer) if u r lucky and they answer they will give appointment in a week or more ..
Then another wk for fixing the problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company refused to change of remote control of a new purchase A/C unless their representative say that the A/C is still under warranty (I have shown the the original invoice that shows clearly that the purchase was 1.5 month ago) the way the maintenance customer service was not professional. I really do not advise any one to purchase any appliances from this company. It is not trustworthy.
