من ميزاتها قريبة من الخدمات والنظافة جيدة. بها غسالة ملابس صغيرة.
صاحب الشقة سريع التجاوب والرد على الواتس. والعامل اخلاقه عاليه جدا.
ومن عيوبها:
١- المطبخ خالي من المواعين ويحتاج صيانة.
٢- دش الترويش في حمام الاطفال لا يوجد فيه ماء حار.
٣- دفع الماء ضعيف خصوصا في دورة المياة الرئيسية
٤- لايوجد مكنسة ومكواة وطاولة كوي. (تم توفير المكوى والمكنسة على الطلب)
٥- ما تستحق السعر مقارنة بالمواصفات.
