★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest, in my opinion, it's the best coffee shop in the KSA. I couldn't find better Turkish coffee than here. I have tried most of the other coffee shops but couldn't find any better. They are the best shop where you get the best mocha frappe ever. Their staff is always helpful and friendly. The quality is great and I hope it remains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The casheir who i do not know his name, i will attache my receipt to identify your employee.
He was so rude that i had to argue with him for 15 mins, thus getting me late to work.
First i arrived at 1:00 pm and casheir was counting, i gave him space and i kept talking ro him three times and no answer, it was like i did not existed. And when he took the order he got mad at me because i did not hear him when he said “ cash or credit” then he pointed a finger to rush me which was so rude and disrespectful.
Also he was saying that he did not care if i get mad
I have not had a worse experience than this and i would DEMAND a complaint to be opened because such disrespect cannot be tolerated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch ia so bad and their way of doing drinks is different i ordered ice withte mocha with hazelnut and they gave me hazelnut syrup as a drink and when i complained about it they said we reviewed the camera and nothing wrong with your drink as they taste it ?
