للاستياء من المواعيد المغلوطه من الموظف واضاعة الكثير من الوقت …
وللاسف يتم الرد على تعليقي من الشركه ، دون النظر لكثرة الوقت الضائع المذكور في التعليق السابق وقد تم الأفاده بوصولهم للمحادثة بالواتساب ولم يتم التواصل معي وعدم المبالاه في عدد الايام الضائعه الواضحه في المحادثه وعدم اهتمام الموظف كان واضح من تكرار السؤل له عن القيمه ومتابعتي واستيائي معه واضحه في المحادثه ، ((وفي الاخير وضع اللوم على العميل بأنه يجيب التأكد قبل نشر !!

A park was chosen from the exhibition. A wonderful treatment from Mr. Mazen. He took measurements and installation from Mr. Saber. Punctuality and professionalism in installation and hygiene after installation. Thank them for their classy dealings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ زرت فرع بريدة واخترت النوع الي ابيه واتفق معي انه يجي ياخذ المقاسات بعد يومين ولا جاني الا بعد 6 ايام !!!! طبعاً هاذا من غير الاتصالات الي مايرد عليها ولا يعطيني مشغول وبعد اخذ المقاسات يقولي السعر تقريباً كذا ، هل انا راح ادفع الفاتوره على تقريباً ؟ وراح عشان يتأكد ولا تواصل معي !!! اتصلت عليه من بكرا ومازال يقولي تقريباً ، ((تعامل سئ جداً جداً ومواعيد كاذبة وموظفين لا يجيدون التعامل مع العميل لحفظ وقتك وعدم شعورك بـ لامبالاة لما تريد انصحك بعدم زيارته ))
I visited Buraidah branch and chose the type that I wanted and agreed with me that he comes to take measurements after two days and I do not come until after 6 days!!!! Of course, this is apart from the calls that he does not answer and does not make me busy. After taking the measurements, the price tells me about this. Will I pay the bill approximately? He went to make sure and do not contact me!!! I called him from Bakra and he still says almost, ((Very, very bad treatment, false appointments, and employees who are not good at dealing with the customer to save your time and not feel indifferent to what you want, I advise you not to visit)).
