★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charge you a lot, they don't clean rooms and yet they demand extra money for breakfast too. In short, it's a hotel you can choose when you have no where else to stay.

Pay a little bit more for better stay in other hotels

Al-Baik fast food and other restaurants, supermarket, pharmacies,chocolates and sweets shops, mobile company are just a walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed for two nights during Ramadan 1437. It's ok as a place to sleep. It's far from haram and their bus service is not efficient. It's better to take a cap to drop you at the tunnel near King Fahd gate. It takes 10 to 15 minutes from hotel to haram during peak hours. Cap will take 20 to 30 SAR. So count this in your travel budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff. They have no respect for the customer. People usually improve customer service but are not. No one at the counter speaks English. The waiters over there do not listen at all to the customers as well. You ask for something they never bring it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, specially they offer earlier check in. Also pick and drop service to Haram. Al baik is also in next building. Issues in other meal if you like to take. As there is no good restaurant at a walk. better find some dinner at Haram side, or you can drive through the place you like. Bakala s also there at the back as well as in front of building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fairly good place to live for pilgrims. Rooms are small. Living conditions are clean and neat. Hotel staff responce towards your complaint is too casual. Taxi to Haram charges you 10-15 SAR one way. In General, a good family accommodation to live in rushy days. Fast food chains are located in the vicinity. No hotel parking. U have to park your vehicle behind or around some place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cheap and best. 3 km from Masjid Al Haram but bus service is good only on prayer time. Cleanses, quite and staff are good. Also can get near by car parking. Albaik is aftwr 100 step.
