I have opened my account 4 working days ago, and still waiting for my account #. Let alone cards and other details. Must say that I am disappointed and thinking of opening an account with another bank.

Lots of people waiting and noone was trying to help anyone. 2 staff only insisted 40 minutes and each staff was still on the same customer.

I recently encountered one of the worst bank services at this branch. Out of the 3 counters in the upper floor, only 1 is receiving clients with the other 2 counters being empty. I had to wait 1 hour and a half to deposite a check in 5 mins and which i couldn't deposit using the ATM machine!! The funny part is that the elite service ain't better at all. They have 2 rooms for elite clients that stay occupied for long time. So I had to keep on moving between the elite section and the regular service in the upper floor to go with whatever turn comes first; and when i finally had my check deposited, the queue in the elite section was still the same with one of the rooms empty but not accepting any of the clients waiting outside! Not to mention that some clients in the elite section don't respect the queue and they get served first!

One of the worst experience encountered for opening a Bank Account.. The reaction from the Branch Manager was absolutely pathetic while approaching for assistance. He clearly expressed disinterest in attending the New Customer.. The Ticketing system is installed just for a sake and no branch staffs follows it. I had very good experience with Riyadh Bank while account opening.. I recommend Riyadh Bank for their service

I am really disappointed with this bank. I tried all my best to do things right but nothing works. I called to make sure I understand the process of taking a loan. I have been assured from multiple people over the phone as well as the counter that I can take a loan after 3 months. I requested a call back twice to get extra info in this regrades, they kept assuring me that they will call back but of course no one did. I had to go to the bank by myself to get this done and after agreeing with the plan, boom the next failed happened!!! Another fouls info. Guess what?! You can’t have a loan in 3 months it has to be in 6 months!! Seriously!! It’s so inconvenient and frustrating when everyone tell you a different information. It’s so unprofessional when A BANK said I will call back and never do so. Poor communication and knowledge! Super disappointed!

This Bank Branch and it’s employee do not deserve even a single star for review. The most worst bank branch in Riyadh. I came last week to this branch because it’s the nearest from my work and home but they say I have problem on my arabic translation of iqama which I didn’t know because I cannot read arabic I came there at 3pm and waited 1 hour before they told me that there is something wrong in my iqama which I then understand with their policy and proceed to correct my iqama with jawazat.. today June 06, 2022 I return to the bank at 3:15pm for account opening again.. as I entered the bank I use the queueing machine and sat down for me to be called, there are only one woman attended all transactions in the ground floor which I again understand, but when I look to the tv screen for queuing they don’t use it.. but if a SAUDI come to the bank they won’t use number, this bank is races I understand that people next to me is Saudis but I properly observe there queuing numbers why she will call the saudi man after me and without queuing number? then I was called and give her my iqama.. now the woman in the ground floor look my iqama and then proceeded to tell me that i should return ghe next day because opening account transaction is on morning at 10am WHAT??!! and then she told me that the computer is broke.. what kind of bank who use cheap computer? then I told her why i need to go back again tomorrow? are already closed? it’s still 3:33pm Mam, i told her with respect and kind voice.. then she said wait she will try then a man from second floor told me to transfer in the second floor .. then I wait again for 15minutes in the second floor ..then the man in the second floor told me “Sorry we try the computer in the ground floor it’s not working and we try our computer in the second floor it’s not working also you return again tomorrow” WHAAT ??!! all of Banque Saudi Fransi Computer in this branch is broken? outrageous! what kind of employees this bank has? I followed everything the rules of the bank but this Bank Branch system is rotten.. ALLAH BLESS YOU ALL FOR WASTING MY TIME AND TRUST.
