ورحت الظهر وخدموني قسم الرجال يعطيهم العافيه موظف الامن وموظف خدمة العملاء اللي بالزاويه محترميييين جداً وطبع لي البطاقه

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للامانه انا لست عميل حاليا في البنك ولاكن فتحت حساب اون لاين ومريت هذا الفرع بالصدفه لاستخراج بطاقة صراف والحقيقه اعجبني تعامل حراس الأمن جدا محترم ويساعدك رجل خلوق ومؤدب وايضا اعجبني تعامل الموظف خالد الحميدي دخلت اسئله فقط والرجل محترم جدا وبشوش واخلاقه عاليه ويهلي ويرحب بالعربي موظفين البنك محترمين جدا ورايقين فرق بينهنم وبين الراجحي وموظفينه السيئين والحقيقه الآن بحول راتبي على البنكي الفرنسي وبطلع من اسوء بنك في السعوديه الي هو بنك الراجحي تحياتي لكم

In fact, I liked the treatment of the security guards, very respectful, and a generous and polite man helped you. I also liked the behavior of the employee Khaled Al-Hamidi. They are very respectful and gentle. There is a difference between them and Al-Rajhi and his bad employees. The truth is that now I transfer my salary to the French bank and it comes out of the worst bank in Saudi Arabia, which is Al-Rajhi Bank. Greetings to you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا عميل لديهم من سنه 2009. حت الان ماشاءالله عليهم في تطور متقدم وفي الاياو الاخيره حطو جهاز لخدمات ذاتيه ممتاز مل لين مريت الفرع ايام العطل جهاز شغال عكس بعض بنوك الاخراء
ولكن توجد مشكله وحده اتمنى تغيرها اذا خذيت سياره تأجير عن كل يوم تتاخر فيه يحطون عليك غرمه ماليه اتمناء يحطون قسم خاص بنساء اذا امكم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad service they're making drama to open new account 3 officers checked my iqama and they're saying iqama name English and Arabic not matching so you have to replace your iqama from ministry of interior. I told them how i had others bank account?then they can't answer ??? even can't speak english properly
