★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الفرع سيء جداً، تأخر في الخدمة ، ممكن تقضي ساعه كاملة عشان تجديد بطاقة ، موظفين غير متعاونين ، آمل وضع أجهزة الخدمة الذاتية كما في البنوك الأخرى ، جهاز خدمة ذاتيه واحد يغنيك عن 4 موظفين إذا ما وضعنا في الحسبان بأن هذا الجهاز سيعمل على مدار اليوم
 The branch is very bad, late in service, you can spend an entire hour to renew a card, uncooperative employees, I hope to put self-service machines as in other banks, one self-service machine saves you from 4 employees if we take into account that this machine will work throughout the day

ساعه ونص تقريبا
اعطيهم نجمه عشان اخلاقهم فقط اما انجاز مهمه والله انهم متأخرين عن البنوك الاخرى بكثير
اذا استمروا كذا فانصح بعدم فتح حساب رواتب معهم
والله ان الشيء السيء فيهم تأخر انجاز العمل لك
Just to open an account I sat from 9:30 am to 10:55 am
About an hour and a half
I give them a star because of their morals only. As for accomplishing a task, I swear to God that they are far behind other banks
If they continue like this, I advise not to open a salary account with them
By God, the bad thing about them is the delay in completing the work for you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء فرع مر علي ع مستوى المملكه (مكه ، جدة، الرياض ، نجران ) هذي ثالث زياره لي لهذا الفرع المخيس كل مره اقول اعطيهم فرصه كله مزارق طيب وحب خشوم ومافي تقدير ومساوه لجميع العملاء ولوحة الارقام طافيه ولا تدري وين رقمك فرع نجران افضل منه وهي مدينه صغيره
The worst branch in the Kingdom (Makkah, Jeddah, Riyadh, Najran) This is my third visit to this miserable branch. Every time I say I give them a chance, they are all good and loving and there is no appreciation and equality for all customers and the number plate is floating and you do not know where your number is. Najran branch is better than it. Small town

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من اسوء البنوك تعامل ومشاكل الحساب لا تنتهي وبدون سبب كل دقيقه مشكلة والتطبيق والموقع اسوء مشكلة اضافية وراح الغي حسابي وبطاقات الفيزا نهائي.
One of the worst banks to deal with, and the account problems do not end and without a reason, every minute is a problem, and the application and website are the worst additional problem and I will cancel my account and the visa cards are final.
