★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف الشديد الخدمة ليست بالمستوى المطلوب
عدد الموظفين 6 بالإضافة لمدير الفرع ..
لا يقوم بالخدمة سوى مكتب خدمات عملاء واحد فقط.
كانت الخدمة المطلوبة مني طباعة شهادة الآيبان فقط
أكملت الآن ساعة ونصف في الانتظار.
مع العلم هذه أول زيارة للبنك ، والأكيد انها الأخيرة.

يوجد في الفرع جهاز واحد خدمة ذاتية ويمكن عمل ايداع بنكي به وماكينة واحدة للسحب
كعادة بنك البلاد يمتاز بالهدوء والنظافة.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كان هذا الفرع من أفضل فروع بنك البلاد قبل تغيير مدير الفرع وعدد من الموظفين المميزين منهم من اصبح مدير فرع ومنهم من نقل الى بنوك اخرى وهذا اثر سلبًا على أداء الفرع كنت عميل من عام 2007 وبسبب تعامل الموظفين الحاليين وبطئ الموظفين اغلقت حسابي ونقلت الى بنك اخر
This branch was one of the best branches of Bank Albilad before the change of the branch manager and a number of distinguished employees, some of whom became a branch manager and some of them were transferred to other banks, and this negatively affected the performance of the branch.
