★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get a replacement charging case for my B&O Play E9, because B & O official website said that you can buy the case as accessory for 129 EUR. Unfortunately, the sales guy or the manager (not sure, he is the only one there), he told me, you can get from Dubai, they don't sell the charging case without the ear buds, if they do so, they will end up paying a lot of money as customs charges.
I think they need somebody to explain what it means to be a retailer, especially for such brand (Bang & Olufsen).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FRUSTRATING. AS USUAL THIS SHOP IS CLOSED ON HIS COMMERCIAL SCHEDULE. IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE THAT A BRAND LIKE B&O HAD THIS SERVICE IN A CITY OF 7 MILLION INHABITANTS. ILL GO TO VIRGIN JARIR XCITE....WHATEVER SHOP TO BUY A JBL, BOSE, MARSHALL ...IT IS NOT WORTH THIS EFFORT. BY THE WAY: IN MY country of origin I HAVE 2 B&O bought in Spain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the official Bang and Olufsen website page, the store should be open on Fridays, however, it's not. Also, they don't respond to phonecalls or emails at all. B&O products are superb and worth owning, yet, without proper customer experience, it's worth checking other brands.
