★ ★ ★ ★ ★ على امتداد شارع الخليل بن أحمد الفراهيدي واضع علم العروض (شارع المعارض) لن تجد الا مخبزين يقعان في أوله و آخره، مخابز المواره يبدو أن لها اسلوب مميز في انضاج الخبز، ذلك اني عند بوفيه قد تعاملت معها لزمن وذات يوم طلب مني عاملها ان اقله إلى مخابز المواره رغم وجود مخابز بجانب البوفيه وحينما سألته عن السبب افادني بما معناه أن خبزهم افضل ويسهل تقطيعه و اعداده كشطيره.
