تعامل سيء جداً مع الزباين
اول مره صاحب المحل موجود واخذ الهديه وغلفها واعطاني افكار شالني من الارض شيل
المره الثانيه كان في بنات قبلي وكان يخدمهم وانتظر دوري عزمهم على قهوه وانا سحب عليا مع اننا كلنا زباين في الاخير
بصراحه مشيت ماعجبتني الحركه المفروض يضيف كل الي في المحل وكمان مره طول معاهم وطلبهم كان بسييط ماياخذ وقت بس انتظرت 20 دقيقه وهوا ماغلق
المره الثالثه صاحب المحل مو موجود في العامل والعامل يشتغل على اقل من مهله وفي التغليف يقلك انت اختار ( المفرض يعرض على الزبون افكار ) وطبعاً الكلام من راس خشمه اخذت الهديه من يده ورحت محل ثاني وغلفتها
I visited it 3 times
Very bad treatment with customers
The first time the owner of the shop is present and took the gift and wrapped it and gave me ideas that got me out of the ground
The second time he was in girls before me and he was serving them and I waited for my turn to decide to have coffee and I was dragged even though we are all customers in the end
Frankly, I walked. I didn't like the movement. It was supposed to add everyone in the shop, and also once a long time with them, and their order was simple, it didn't take time, but I waited 20 minutes and it was closed
The third time, the owner of the shop is not present in the worker, and the worker works for less than a time, and in the packaging, he picks you up. You choose (the customer is supposed to present ideas) and of course the words came from Khasmah’s head. I took the gift from his hand and went to a second store and wrapped it

A very beautiful shop of decor, reception and organization, and they have a welcome coffee corner and the staff is very excellent - flowers, stands and everything that comes to your mind is available (the best flower and gift shop in Makkah)

بس يفضل انك تكلمهم قبلها بيوم وتحجز وعندهم توصيل
واسعارهم متنوعه ومقبوله ترضي الجميع
A beautiful place, their work is sweet and tidy, and the owner of the shop is a young Saudi man standing by himself
But it is preferable that you call them a day in advance and book and they have delivery
Their prices are varied and acceptable to everyone
