★ ★ ★ ★ ★ طلبت الاستقبال يجيب لحافات وطراريح ولا جابها كلمتهم ثلاث مرات مادري يبغوني اجي اترجاهم ولا وش بالضبط + الريش حقت مكيف غرفه 101 مكسوره ولا اقدر ارفعها او انزلها + نفسيات الموظفين كل واحد يتكلم من طرف خشمه

بالنسبة للأثاث
الموكيت وكنب المجالس سيء جدا ويحتاج لتغيير.
صنابير الماء تحتاج إلى نظافة او تغيير
مواقف السيارات متوفرة
السعر يعتبر مرتفع على مستوى الجناح
بشكل عام الفنادق والاجنحة المفروشة في المدينة المنورة تحتاج إلى رقابة شديدة واهتمام من قبل الجهات المعنية لأهمية المكان

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ السلام عليكم ، الاستقبال سعودي حسن الاسلوب والتعامل ، للاسف عند استجارنا وجدنا رائحة كريهة في الحمام 108 بسبب عطل في الحمام وتم الطلب في الاستبدال وبعد الاخذ والعطا مع العامل الهندي تم التغيرر ايضا المكان قديم ويحتاج تجديد ويعتبر جيد كسعر بالتوفيق
