A very mediocre lounge.
Nothing that significant but the Cherry tree is a plus for the place.
It’s very small and I don’t recommend to be a seated in the small hallway which takes half of the lounge and we got seated inform of the bathrooms which is ??????
And it was the biggest table there so we had to as the rest of the tables takes barely three people.
Their cold drinks would take the praise mostly as it’s delicious. ?✨
The staff are slow and they seem kinda of confused ??♀️
For me it’s not worth the try, or at least a next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good coffee. Friendly staff. No music in the background, which makes it perfect for business meetings and study groups. Other than their over-pricing issue, everything seemed great. The upper floor is families only section, with singles seated in the ground floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is average .. i was disappointed with the chicken cream soup since it only tasted of cooked cream.
The place is quite dirty, the chairs has a lot of stains on them. The cooling systeem is not working properly.
The service was really bad, like no one care if we put an order or not.
The prices were good.
I'm really disappointed sonce i heard good stuff about this place.

The place is quiet and cozy. The desserts and the coffee were good too.
I agree with most of the comments; they are terrible on their services.
I tried to reserve by calling them, but no one picks up the phone, so I went there myself to book.
Next Day, when my friends arrived and asked them about the reservation, surprise!! I don't need to continue.
Our luck is that the place was almost empty, so they fix the site according to our number.
Anyway, to be fair, the only good things here are the desserts and coffee.
** We tried 5 different types of desserts, and all were utterly delicious.
*** Also, the coffee, Spanish latte, and Arabic coffee, and flat white were good.

Mr. Marwan the one who assist me is very accomodating.Kudos also to the kitchen staffs who prepared the food. Specially to chef Ram who cooked my food, it really exceeded my expectation. You did a great job. Keep up the good work. Surely i will visit again with my friends.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interior decor is nice and pleasant. Service is slow. Arabic coffee is tasteless, I don’t recommend it at all.
We ordered cooler summer, the pineapple was stale and parts were rotten. The ice cream was of cheap quality and the blueberries were cut ? who cuts blueberries?
Prices are on the high side- it is expensive.
I don’t think I will be a returning customer.
