Staff are great, all of them. They had the best coffee in Jeddah specially there Colombian coffee, also tried the raspberry tart and pistachio éclair. Perfection.
Would recommend this place forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if you are unable to serve, just don't do publicity! I've submitted the table reservation form twice and it's been around 48 hours, no response! On top of that, the phone number of the website is WRONG. High standards are being set by examples and not publicity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice atmosphere and the aroma of spices and coffee fills the place.
They offer their own products as well (tea, coffee beans, spices) which is amazing to see and a chance to support local brand.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
There are decaf and caffeinated options as well. Basic menu (sweets and pastries) and gourmet menu (cannot remember about healthy or vegan options)
The only thing that I struggled with was the chairs (second floor) they are really not comfortable although they blend in well with the decorations/theme.

It’s a coffee haven , to drink and take home.
The must tries are :
“French toast “ - you get the item as advertised “pistachio Eclair”- it’s got a smooth but jelly coating which is one of kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sheer size of this cafe is impressive. We went upstairs as the floor was empty. The interiors are stunning.
Within a few mins our order was taken by a waiter.
However, after waiting for twenty mins another waiter arrived and informed us that the previous waiter forgot what we ordered.
We placed our order again and patiently waited .
Taste of the food is great however the service needs improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coffee was okay, bakery was good, service was also good. Beautiful interior specially in the day time, they also have outside seating for smokers and an upstairs seatings for families. If you like the coffee, you can also buy it from the store as they sell it to use it home. I suggest they add more food options, like breakfast and small snacks and sandwiches. I would say prices are high in general.
