★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im writing this here since Centrepoint doesnt have its own place here. I bought a shirt from centrepoint in Rashid and the day after I went to centrepoint in Noor to return it. The staff was working under pressure because it was two days before eid but it doesnt justify how rude they were towards the customers. When I wanted to return the shirt they claimed that the store in Rashid had put the wrong bar code so they couldnt return it. They told me to go back to Rashid. Their customer service wasnt poor, it was nonexistent. The women in the cashier claimed I didnt understand anything and used a foul language. The manager however appologized but explained I needed to go to Rashid because they couldnt do anything. When I went to Rashid (again!) they said that the workers in Noor didnt check the _second_ bar code which number agreed with the invoice. Since three days had passed the manager Khalid al-Harbi said I couldnt get my money back. So this circus where they made me go back and forth due to poorly educated staff and workers didnt only cost me 85 riyal (plus cab) but also time and energy. It is so sad to see such a big brand like centrepoint who has good quality on their clothes having staff treating their customers like this.
