★ ★ ★ ★ ★ সৎ কাজের আদেশ এবং অসৎ কাজে বাধা দেওয়া ফরজ। মুমিন এ কাজ থেকে বিরত থাকতে পারে না। হজরত হুজায়ফা (রা.) থেকে বর্ণিত, মহানবী (সা.) বলেছেন, ‘যার হাতে আমার প্রাণ নিবদ্ধ তাঁর শপথ! তোমরা অবশ্যই ন্যায় কাজের আদেশ করবে এবং অন্যায় কাজ থেকে (মানুষকে) বিরত রাখবে। অন্যথায় আল্লাহ তাঁর পক্ষ থেকে তোমাদের ওপর আজাব পাঠাবেন। অতঃপর তোমাদের পরিত্যাগ করা হবে এবং তোমাদের দোয়াও কবুল করা হবে না।’ (তিরমিজি)
অন্যায়ভাবে হত্যা করা হলে
অন্যায়ভাবে হত্যা করা হারাম। কথিত আছে, হজরত আদম (আ.)-এর পুত্র কাবিল যেদিন হাবিলকে হত্যা করে, সেদিনই পৃথিবীতে প্রথম ভূমিকম্প হয়। কেননা অন্যায়ভাবে হত্যাকাণ্ড আল্লাহ তাআলা পছন্দ করেন না। তিনি ইরশাদ করেন, ‘যে ব্যক্তি স্বেচ্ছায় কোনো মুমিনকে হত্যা করে, তার শাস্তি হলো জাহান্নাম, সে সদা সেখানে অবস্থান করবে।’ (সুরা নিসা : ৯৩)।
রাসুলুল্লাহ (সা.) ইরশাদ করেন, তোমরা সাতটি ধ্বংসাত্মক বিষয় থেকে দূরে থাকবে। সাহাবিরা জিজ্ঞাসা করলেন—ইয়া রাসুলুল্লাহ! বিষয়গুলো কী কী? রাসুলুল্লাহ (সা.) বললেন : ১. আল্লাহর সঙ্গে কাউকে শরিক করা। ২. জাদুটোনা করা। ৩. যথাযথ কারণ বাদে কাউকে হত্যা করা, যা আল্লাহ হারাম করে দিয়েছেন। ৪. সুদ খাওয়া। ৫. এতিমের সম্পদ গ্রাস করা। ৬. রণক্ষেত্র থেকে পলায়ন করা। ৭. মুসলিম সরলা নির্দোষ মহিলাদের নামে ব্যভিচারের দুর্নাম রটনা করা। (মিশকাত, প্রথম খণ্ড, বাবুল কাবাইর ওয়া আলামাতুন নিফাক, সহীহ বুখারি, কিতাবুল ওয়াসায়া, হাদিস নম্বর : ২৭৬৬)
It is obligatory to order good deeds and to forbid evil deeds. The believer cannot refrain from this. Narrated from Hazrat Huzaifa (RA), the Prophet (SAW) said, ‘I swear by the one in whose hand my soul is focused! You must enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong. Otherwise, God will send torment on you from Him. Then you will be abandoned and your prayers will not be accepted. '(Tirmidhi)
If killed unjustly
It is haraam to kill unjustly. It is said that the first earthquake on earth occurred on the same day that Cain, the son of Adam, killed Abel. Because Allah does not like unjust killing. He said, "Whoever kills a believer voluntarily, his punishment is Hell, and he will abide therein forever" (Surah An-Nisa ': 93).
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Stay away from the seven destructive things. The Companions asked: O Messenger of Allah! What are the issues? The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 1. Associating partners with God. 2. Witchcraft 3. Killing someone without a valid reason, which Allah has forbidden. 4. Eating interest. 5. Swallowing the wealth of orphans. . Escape from the battlefield. . Defamation of adultery in the name of innocent Muslim women. (Mishkat, Volume 1, Babul Kabair wa Alamatun Nifaq, Sahih Bukhari, Kitabul Wasaya, Hadith No: 28)
