الأفريقية اللي بالأستقبال تحتاج دورات بالتعامل مع العملاء تصرررخ تصرررخ !!! و تتكلم و هي مكششششرررة و ماترد عللللي تخيلوا أسأله و ماترد،،، تعامله غررريب مرره مادري كيف تاركينه كذا .. التعامل معها ينفرررر جدااا .. يعلم الله اني اشيل هم اجي للشركة لأني اقابله !!!!
قلت له نصيحة ياختي تعاملك سيء و ربما يأتيك انتقاد يشيلك من مكانك اتمنى تحسني اسلوبك مع الناس
قالت لي ( هذا اللي عندي ) و صارت تماطل بي قالت لي عطين رقم العقد قلت ماعرف رقم العقد خوذي رقم الجوال و طلعيه قالت لا دبري لي رقم العقد قلت اروح للبيت ؟ قالت ايه
بعدين اتصلنا ع الوشمي بمكتب الرجال قال لا لا بس عطيه رقم الجوال و تطلع هي رقم العقد
قلت الوشمي يقول كذا .. خافت قالت يله جيبي رقم الجوال !!!!!!!
كانت تبي تعنين اروح للبيت بس عشان نصحته بخصوص اسلوبها مع العملاء ..
ان كنت تقرأ ردي انصحك بعدم الأقتراب !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المفروض اقل من نجمه عاملاتهم من اوغندا و كينيا تعطيهم صفر للنظافه وباردات تجرهم لشغل جر مع انه شغل امي قليل جدا و اخر وحده جبناها لقاها اخوي تكح في اكل امي ومع انه ماقلنا لها شي بس رجعناها للمكتب لكن نفسيتها كانت طول الوقت شينه والفرن مو بس مانظفته فاتحه كل مفاتيحه الحمدلله فيه امان وماطلع الغاز
اول مارحنا لهم الموظفه اللي فيه قلنا لها نبي شغاله و راحت ودخلت غرفه فيها مكتب وجالسه فيه موظفه ثانيه طلينا عليهم قلنا فيه ولا نمشي تصرخ عليها اللي داخل المكتب سكري الباب ? وطلعت سكرت الباب وقالت اللحين راح يجيبون العاملات وتختارون طيب قولي من اول ساكتين ليش مايعرفون للشغل او ماعندهم احترافيه يروحون ياخذون لهم دوره تدريب بمكاتب ثانيه كيف تتم ادارة المكان والتعامل مع العملاء بذوق ورقي او على الاقل يتركون الهمجيه في التعامل
